retiolum: keep non-kartei peers in self.retiolum

config.nix
retiolum: keep non-kartei peers in self.retiolum starkstrom stays out of the shared kartei registry but should still be reachable inside the fleet. Its card now lives in retiolum/ in the same nets.<net> layout kartei and krebs.hosts use, rendered by a copy of kartei modules/retiolum/hosts.nix, so the entry can move to kartei/lass unchanged if the rest of krebs should reach it too. Every superconfig machine injects that set into its tinc hosts: the NixOS nodes through nixpkgs services.tinc, barnacle through kartei tincr module (hosts is attrsOf lines, so the entries merge). Previously only starkstrom itself knew its card, so the fleet had no route to it; now all 16 machines do, and peers dial its static address directly instead of relaying. self.retiolum exposes hosts/tincHosts/own, the same interface as kartei, so both sources merge symmetrically. starkstrom krebs.hosts card is composed from it -- addresses, aliases and the ed25519 key have one source now; only the legacy RSA pubkey stockholm insists on stays local.

ipfs-endpoint.nix
machines/starkstrom: widen h2 stream window for ipfs uploads With proxy_request_buffering off, nginx sizes the HTTP/2 per-stream flow control window to max(client_body_buffer_size, http2_body_preread_size). The 64 KiB default capped uploads at 64 KiB / 55 ms RTT = 1.2 MB/s while the backend read slower than the client sent. Set client_body_buffer_size 8m for the upload location; streaming (no disk spool) and timeouts are unchanged.

ipfs.nix
machines.starkstrom: announce pins to IPNI so public gateways can serve them Measured with ipfs-check against a pinned CID: DHT record present, bitswap answering, no IPNI record, and every public gateway 504ing on anything bigger than one block -- a DAG walked block by block over bitswap from a single peer does not fit their request budget. The old node (2configs/services/flix/ipfs.nix) ran Routing.Type autoclient, which announces to cid.contact as well as the DHT, plus Provide strategy pinned; mirror that and its swarm sizing.

ipfs_upload.py
machines/starkstrom: IPFS pinning endpoint (starkstrom.lassul.us) kubo node (swarm :4001, gateway NoFetch) + anonymous tarball -> ipfs add (blockstore, no --nocopy) -> pinned -> returns CID; refuses uploads with <300GiB free; explicit ipfs-gc + ipfs-roots (pins are the stored GC roots). dns: ipfs -> CNAME neoprism, starkstrom -> A 194.110.87.67.
