tools: improve mutt and muchsync integration
- Update mutt to use muchsync tool via self.packages with -vv flags
- Fix muchsync wrapper to handle flags properly when auto-detecting hosts
- Now supports: muchsync -vv (auto-detects host) or muchsync -vv hostname
