Replace 2configs/mpv.nix with tools.mpv
- Remove 2configs/mpv.nix and replace imports with tools.mpv package
- Update desktop configurations to use self.packages.${pkgs.system}.mpv
- Simplify home-media.nix by removing unused mpv import
