pkgs.age-plugin-gpg: cargoHash instead of the Cargo.lock of src
Reading the lock file from the fetched src is import from derivation:
every evaluation of the machines that have it (aergia, green, ignavia,
mors) fetches the source first, and evaluators without IFD (iets) fail
on them.
