ipfs: switch Routing.Type dhtclient -> autoclient dhtclient only announces to the DHT. lassie (and IPNI/cid.contact) never learned about neoprism's pins, so all fetchIpfs calls fell back to archive.org. autoclient keeps DHT client mode but also pushes provider records to IPNI via HTTP, making content discoverable by lassie without a fallbackUrl.
